If so, we are looking for a product manager who is passionate about collaborating within a team that is building a technology service that is the heart of every Workday product with over 11B documents under management. As Workday accelerates its strategic growth initiatives this product manager will be involved in bringing Orchestrate, a new integration development product to market which will broaden the capabilities of the Workday Integration Cloud.

About the Role

Does the challenge of optimizing enterprise-class systems for performance and scalability in the era of cloud computing appeal to you? Would you like to explore this challenge for a fast-growing company who's poised to be a leader in the SaaS market? If so, we're looking for someone who is resolved about understanding how the services you own work with Workdays Core HCM and Financials products, and a deep orientation toward delivering performance and scalability.

In this role, you would:

Collaborate with Workday development, operations, and product teams to understand their requirements and priorities

Write detailed specifications based on prioritized requirements

Work closely with the development organization through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance of the product to ensure its quality and successful delivery

Lead vendor selection process, including 3rd party software evaluations, vendor relationships, and lifecycle management

Define a product roadmap and determine requirements for each release based on user requirements, technical architecture, and business needs

Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment

About You

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated ability as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent role which includes excellent analytical skills, including exploration, research, and measurement

2+ years experience with Software as a Service (SaaS)

Proven experience with scrum and other Agile development methodologies

Other Qualifications

Embraces new technologies and always seeking a deeper level of technical understanding

A good understanding of data integration

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills

Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL)Ability to clearly articulate requirements and prioritize requests

5+ years of systems or software engineering experience with a focus on architecture, performance, and scalability

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major

Experience with Enterprise SaaS Applications

Experience with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Workato, Boomi)Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
