Occupational Health Team Lead

who’ll be responsible for the training and direction of 10-20 Occupational Health Coordinators and Data Entry Representatives performing data entry and follow-up calls to clinics related to Occupational Health service events. The Team Lead will provide Level 1 escalation of any issues to be addressed and is responsible for managing and monitoring staff members to ensure proper documentation and follow-up on clinic account related issues.What You’ll Work OnActs as subject matter expert with regards to standard operating procedures for all functions within Occupational Health department.Responsible for the training of new Occupational Health team members.Assigning & directing work.Provides Level 1 escalation of any issues to be addressed and is responsible for ensuring resolution of escalated issue with communication to client. Escalates all unresolved issues to management.Monitors and reports to management on progress of all trainees’ performance.Monitor & report on progress of Occupational Health team members’ performances.Documents and resolves problems to inform management of issues.Identifies, documents & resolves concerns.Identifies and provides feedback to management regarding backlog concerns.Escalates issues and concerns from the Occupational Health staff.Works proactively to realize goals set by management.Participates in client calls and assists in addressing any concerns and issues raised.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School diplomaTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty of the Occupational Health Coordinator and Data Entry Representative satisfactorily.Must cross-train to all roles of the Occupational Health department within 30 days of accepting the Team Lead role.Preferred QualificationsFour-year degree from an accredited college or university is strongly preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenariosConfidence to overcome objectionsMust be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a teamApply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan. The base pay for this position is $22.15 – $44.25 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
