Plant Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to implement lean manufacturing principles. The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of teamwork within the plant.DutiesLead the deployment of Organizational Solutions.Lead the administration, analysis, and synthesis of data.Produce internal presentations, reports, and workshop materials.Contextualize organizational concepts to enable internal clients understanding of general concepts within their specific organizational contexts.ExperienceAssociate’s Degree (A.A. or A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five (5) years industry related experience and/or training. At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.Valid Driver’s License.Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches.Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel.
