Purchasing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies, tracking metrics to reduce expenses, negotiating deals, and analyzing major costs with management to ensure EMR’s success.Job Responsibilities may include:Review and process purchase ordersWork as a team with current VP of Purchasing and VP of FinanceEvaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, and priceCoordinate with fellow managers to monitor supply needs and capital expendituresResearch and evaluate vendors to compare pricing and servicesMaintain records of goods ordered and receivedNegotiate prices and contracts with suppliersBuild and maintain relationships with vendorsSelect prospective vendors and negotiate contractsSchedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of ordersPossible travel to EMR locations to discuss purchasing needsAbout You (Required Skills and Qualifications)Interpersonal SkillsWe don’t believe in shutting doors on potential.
