Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facilities.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvides leadership in all aspects of operation and maintenanceAssists in planning and managing of O&M budgets.Manages the technical performance of the plantLeads the safety of the facility and personnelComplies with all regulations and policiesOversees personnel development and succession planningDrives the continuous improvement of performancePerforms other job-related duties as assignedTeam Responsibilities
Employees in this job lead a team of Technicians. Their team is responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant or pipeline equipment is operational and available to support production requirements. Team responsibilities include technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions.Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provides oversight to production teams in the area of daily operations, preventive maintenance, and reliability checksCoaches employees in safe work practices, craft skills, productivity, and trainingDevelops and refines operations procedures, processes, and overhaul start-up and shutdownEnsures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures, and practicesPerforms other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
High School Grad / GEDExperience: 5+ yearsLeadership Experience: 2+ yearsPreferred Qualifications
