Responsibilities

RTS Carrier Services and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Bilingual Business Development Manager. This sales position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts for RTS Carrier Services. The Bilingual Business Development Manager will focus on selling to new customers while developing and growing existing accounts in the assigned region. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an outgoing, ambitious and dynamic sales personality.

Understand and perform all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accountsDevelop new business deals, negotiate business terms and lead negotiation processIdentify and develop strategic sales efforts and divisional cross-selling opportunitiesBuild and maintain new and current customer relationshipsEnsure all required processes are used to maximize yield, consistent with strategies set by senior managementParticipate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plansAssess market potential, competitive pricing and profitability for existing business models and develop documentation for new modelsAssist in product marketing, including product launch management, new business development, presentations, sales tools and competitive analysisContinually refine processes to stay in front of customers in relevant industriesTrack metrics for all programs and activitiesOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of high-volume, transactional sales and business development experienceDemonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phoneExperience with high call volume (cold calling) and face-to-face sales.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product lineAttention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysisPassion for success and contributing to the long-term growth of the organizationDesire to work in a competitive sales and team environmentBilingual skills with fluency in English and one of the following languages is a must (must be able to speak, read and write both languages - business vocabulary required):Spanish, Russian or Uzbek
