As an Assistant General Manager at Flix Brewhouse, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our guests by supporting the GM in leading and managing all aspects of the business, including the front of house, heart of house, and brewery. Your responsibilities will include:Managing food processes, projection procedures, inventory, and ordering.Optimizing profits and guest satisfaction.Assisting in the development and engagement of the leadership team.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:Be certified in food handling and alcohol service requirements, such as Serve Safe.Have extensive experience working in the restaurant industry.Be a strong leader with the ability to inspire and foster the growth of emerging talent within your team.Have a solid understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.Effectively manage labor to facilitate a low turnover rate among team members.Be proactive, innovative, and timely in all daily work.Predict and manage COGs to keep operating costs in line with a budget.Support and empathize with guests when responding to feedback.At Flix Brewhouse, we believe in equal opportunity and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.To learn more about our company, please visit
