Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options, offer additional services and special promotions, and schedule service appointments.Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customer's satisfaction, and maintain high CSI scores.Requirements
Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred.Toyota experience is preferred, all brand experience should apply!Excellent customer service and communication skills.A positive attitude and professional appearance.Good work ethic and computer skills.Dependable, pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and good driving record.High school diploma or equivalent.Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
