Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operational project lifecycle management and deliveryResponsible for the end-to-end management of operational medium and large projects and is accountable for the project scope, schedule, budget, resources, change management (CM), and overall quality of project delivery.Guides project sponsor and stakeholders across all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, risk mitigation, monitoring and control, and closure.Identify and structure work streams for projects and initiatives, work with project team to organize solution roadmaps and reach critical milestones.Effectively collaborates with Operations focused teams and appropriate stakeholders to mitigate risks and proactively supports planned and/or unplanned needs.Manages ongoing deliverables and determines appropriate priority of day-to-day tasks.Partners with organizational leaders to provide training for implemented projects.Serves as primary resource to teams to remove obstacles, provide solutions, and coach team members to achieve project objectives.Manages and maintains strong relationships with vendor partners.Manages multiple projects concurrently.Documentation and Communication

Manages and communicates all project work streams to ensure project meets delivery requirements, timeframes, and budget.Communicates and presents information effectively to a wide variety of audiences.Adheres to Sourcewell’s PMO project methodology including all proper documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs and any other documentation related to the management of projects.Establishes and manages cross-functional relationships between all areas of the business and with external partners.In conjunction with the PM center of excellence, utilizes Sourcewell’s project management software tools to manage project documentation, communication, and progress tracking.Continuous Improvement (CI)

Develops and manages Operations improvement opportunities utilizing Sourcewell's established CI/CM methodologies to optimize time and efficiency of project teams and operations.Utilizes Sourcewell's existing CI/CM best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and clarity in continuous improvement opportunities and change management strategies throughout the organization.Stays informed and educated on changing technologies, frameworks, and project management best practices in collaboration with project managers throughout the organization.Change Management (CM)

Develops and manages Operations improvement projects utilizing Sourcewell's established CM methodologies to optimize time and efficiency of project teams and operations.Utilizes Sourcewell's existing CM best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and clarity in operations project opportunities and change management strategies throughout the organization.Stays informed and educated on changing technologies, frameworks, and project management and change management best practices.Participates in releases as necessary, including outside of traditional work hours.Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND a minimum of four (4) years experience managing medium to large organizational projects.A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience managing technical or complex organizational projects equivalent to a total of eight (8) years.Strong business process/operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, human resources, finance).Meeting facilitation and presentation experience.Preferred Qualifications

PMP or CAPM certification.Continuous improvement experience (lean/six sigma).Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Experience and certification in Change Management.Position open until filled.Salary Range:
