Epsilon CRM Agency is seeking a highly resourceful and organized Sr. Account Executive who possesses an upbeat, take-charge personality and will be efficient and effective in providing support to their Client Relationship Manager and colleagues.The candidate should be a forward-thinker who actively seeks opportunities and maintains strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships. They must also possess the ability to work well independently and under general supervision.Senior Account Executives are responsible for leading the day-to-day administration and implementation of multi-channel campaigns and initiatives, as well as ensuring flawless program execution. Integral to the success of this position is the ability to work with all levels and roles within the organization, from functional delivery teams to creative to data to accounting/finance, as well as third-party vendors and service providers.Knowledge & Skills

Possess minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progressInitiate campaign development with clear, concise project request formsConduct kick-off meetings with sales team and internal delivery teamsDevelop project briefs with Client Relationship Manager’s input, manage changes, and secure approvals. Ensure recommended work delivers against assignment brief(s).Prepare well-organized, clear, professional and concise communicationsManage all campaign channels (direct mail, email, digital, landing pages, display, SMS etc.) including timelines, reports, and project archiveWork closely with other business functionsFoster partnerships with all departmentsManage financial tracking and reporting by assisting Client Services team with monthly job reconciliationsAssist with the Post-Program EvaluationEnsure all projects proceed according to plan and deadlines, alerting supervisor & Client Account Manager of potential problems, before they occurEnsure that all client requests are handled in a timely mannerEnsure all information is captured accurately in documentsVerify accuracy of documents and organize scheduled project approvals to increase program efficiency and profitabilityCommunicate reports and results to internal team, upon requestPosition will interact with every department in the company, as well as with senior managementAdhere to policies and guidelines pertaining to confidentiality, security, safety and professional conductTechnical Requirements

Exceptional in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills strongly preferred)Proficient in PDF Editing tool (Adobe Acrobat preferred)Basecamp knowledge, a plusWorkfront knowledge, a plusPreferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of three years of relevant work experienceStrong organizational and time-management skills reflected in the ability to perform, prioritize and re-prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailExperience working with Direct Mail or Print collateral, strongly preferredBasic understanding of marketing technologies and email, SMS, and digital display channelsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional, dynamic team environmentAbility to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all timesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentEmotional maturity
