Job DescriptionThe Sr. Account Executive (SAE) oversees and manages the workflow and execution of various multi-channel marketing campaigns. The SAE works within the account team to execute activities for our automotive client accounts. SAE responsibilities include:Primary client interface with each project managedCreates presentations, sets up meetings and communicates with clients and account teamLead in project planning and schedulingInternal and external quotes and approvalsDevelop pricing and profit calculations and approvalsDevelop and manage launch and production schedulesManage all project workflow with production teamsCoordinate outside vendor productionPursue and process approvals from account team, clients and production teamsCommunicate project status and changes with account team, clients and production teamPrepare data processing specifications and perform auditsAssist in managing the workflow of projects from sales through production and closeEnsure client sign-off on all phases of productionProvide proofing and audit of campaign materials and deliverablesUpdate client status reportsAssist in resolving problems with projectsManage all cost tracking and ensure project is billed correctlyProcess invoices and procure approvals on a timely basisProcess and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to internal and external customersCoordinate postage funds, request postage invoices and complete postage reconciliationsPrepare data processing specifications and perform auditsEnsure client sign-off on all phases of productionUpdate client status reportsDevelop and compile competitive reviewsManage direct marketing campaigns at appropriate levelsServe as liaison between client and creative, production, and dataPrepare well-organized, clear and concise memos, conference reports and documentationTrack program results and generate response reportsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBS/BA degree in Business, Marketing or Communication, or comparable experience4-8 years of experience in related account roleExcellent written & verbal communication skillsAble to work independently; self-starter, with strong initiativeHighly organized and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneouslyA strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise is a mustSalesForce.com application experience a plusMust be familiar with the use of presentations, meeting minutes, and status reportsAutomotive marketing or digital media experience a plusAdditional InformationAbout EpsilonEpsilon is a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.
