This role provides exemplary member service while assisting members with general wire inquiries, reviewing requests for accuracy and proper authorization, monitoring for fraud, and ensuring standards and procedures are followed.What you’ll do:Processes outgoing wires following FRB standards and OFAC / BSA policy.Assists members with general wire inquiries, obtains wire agreements, creates and maintains recurring wire templates.Reviews requests for accuracy and proper authorization.Researches the wire instructions for foreign wires to ensure accuracy and timely receipt.Ensures compliance with the CFPB remittance rules.Works with members/staff to ensure proper and complete instructions.Assists members in tracing funds as needed.Reviews incoming wires and ensures posting to the account indicated, verifying the wire beneficiary is owner on the account/share.Reviews accounts for potential fraudulent transfers. Initiates wire service messages to obtain additional information as needed to aid in posting incoming wires.Accepts outgoing wire instructions from members via telephone following current policy and procedures.What You’ll Bring: You’ll like this position if you are...Three or more years of experience in an administrative, accounting, and/or customer service role.Excellent written communication, oral communication and phone etiquette skills.The ideal candidate will possess an above average aptitude for working with figures while maintaining accuracy.
