Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through diligent inspection and testing.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.Conduct dimensional inspections using a variety of measuring tools and equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of inspection findings and communicate results to the appropriate stakeholders.Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes to improve overall product quality.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to quality and safety.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in Quality Inspection and Metrology.Experience in Final Inspection, Raw Material Testing, and Incoming Inspection.Experience in Plastics Manufacturing and/or Medical Device industries preferred.Strong understanding of dimensional inspection, including experience with molded components.Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Location:
