Senior Sales Operations Specialist,

you play a critical role in optimizing sales processes that support, enable, and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for streamlining sales operations, enhancing efficiency, and supporting our sales team to achieve their targets. Your expertise in data analysis, CRM management, process improvement, and customer experience will be crucial to executing our sales strategies to drive profitable growth. Role Responsibilities:

Build trusting relationships with sales teams to promote collaborative partnership.Develop and implement efficient sales processes to improve productivity and effectiveness of our commercial teams.Lead sales team in proper collection and maintenance of customer & sales data to drive analytics that provide insights and support decision-making.Partner with commercial leaders to optimize business processes, incorporating internal and external sales excellence best practices.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, IT, and others to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Drive adoption and consistent utilization of business tools (Microsoft D365 CRM, Oracle BI, Highspot, Tableau).Support Training team in onboarding new employees.Partner with sales leaders to create a commercial focused sales certification program/training.Lead Customer Experience initiatives in partnership with sales leaders.Collaborate with Global Sales Ops colleagues to revise and publish MSA Sales Playbook.Present business insights to sales leaders and on occasion share recommendations to drive business decisions.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.3+ years of sales operations, revenue operations, sales, or customer enablement experience.1+ years of experience working with data analytics and reporting tools.Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.Ability to learn and understand business operations and strategies.Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics or related CRM systems.Expertise in managing sales pipelines and processes.Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating reports.Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.Strong leadership skills and ability to conduct training and coaching when necessary.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Key words:
