Integrated Logistics Senior Manager
to be part of our dynamic Supply Chain team for BA Americas (Calvert & Mexinox).We invite you to explore this exceptional career opportunity with our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and execution of the Integrated Logistics Team, which includes delivering digital tools, international transportation management, and key KPIs (SOTIF, Rail Shipments, Carrier Performance, Scrap Metrics Vessel tracking, and carbon footprint reduction).What you will bring:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or OperationsLeadership experience with a track record of developing talent & maximizing potentialPrior transportation or logistics experience, particularly in a supply chain, logistics/delivery role3PL logistics knowledge a plusInternational Logistics Experience – (including import/export and customs regulations)Experience in continuous improvement methodologies, specifically establishing & controlling new processes (Lean Six Sigma Certified)Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not requiredCompetencies and Skills Needed:Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively to senior managementStrong teamworkSome of the key activities you will be responsible for:Lead the team in the daily planning & execution of the over-the-road carriers and rail by providing guidance & feedback on individual & team performanceAccountable for rate compliance & spend as well as carrier performance escalations in partnership with OTK procurement partnersPartner with IT to deliver digital logistics tools improving customer service, gaining operational efficiencies, and optimizing the logistics networkDrive service level agreements with carriers (on-time loading, performance, and delivery)Explore process change opportunities & drive LEAN and continuous improvementWork effectively as a positive team member in the S&OP and cross-functionally to execute, support, monitor, & achieve KPIs & goals with internal business partners.Salary Range: $118,800 to $163,400Adding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
