Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to provide high-quality, individual-focused care.
Provide nursing staff with guidance and support to foster inclusivity and ensure professional growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.
Drive quality growth initiatives and implement best practices.
Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, and families, promoting open communication.
Develop and execute staff education and training programs.
Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing talent.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse
with a current license in the state of Santa Fe
Minimum two years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in nursing care
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and staying updated on industry trends and regulations
