This individual will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability for managing projects in an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their projects in a manner that is consistent with the client’s goals.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESManage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of projects within an assigned geographic territory:Manage Leases within assigned client territoryManage A/R within assigned territoryTerminate leases as needed, and coordinate with other departments as requiredAssemble all agreement execution packages and present to client for executionMeet or exceed all goals and objectives within assigned geographic territoryPrepare bi-weekly reports regarding the current status of pending projectsDraft all Agreements in assigned territoryCoordinate all redline reviews both internally and externally and revise agreements accordinglyServe as an information resource for the client – conduct research, compile data and perform special projectsConsistently provide the highest quality serviceUpdate and maintain the information related to your projects in the transaction databases/Sales ForceDevelop and maintain positive relationships with client’s internal departmentsTravel within assigned territory as necessaryPerform other related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSRelated bachelor’s degree5+ years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction backgroundThree+ years direct railroad and/or right of way real estate experienceValid real estate licenseStrong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyThorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Working knowledge of Sales ForceLocation:On-site –Fort Worth, TX If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
