Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's property
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement
Develop and implement processes and systems to increase efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Train and supervise staff to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity
Act as Manager on Duty
Growth of Guest Service Scores
Profitability
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role in a hotel
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Flexibility
Mobility
5+ years recent on-property hotel experience
Rooms/Front Office/Banquet/Outlet experience
Preferred
Hilton or IHG systems knowledge
