Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations, including home health, hospice care, and nursing administration.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare guidelines.- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents.- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of nursing operations.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated care for residents.- Manage shift schedules and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their needs are met.
