We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.Job Overview:
As the Redemption Specialist, you will create solutions for our customers to reinstate their loan while providing excellent levels of customer service.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to customers who need assistance in reinstating their vehicle and loan.Contact or attempt contact with customers with repossessed vehicles.Determine customer’s ability and desire to reinstate their vehicle.Advise customer of any required stipulations, past due amounts, payments, late charges, and all other related fees to complete the reinstatement.Maintain positive working relationships and communication with the operations team during the reinstatement process.Present customer with solutions, options, and programs to promote repeat business.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.2+ years of customer service and/or collections experience on the phone preferred.Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills.Value and embrace diversity.Must be comfortable working on-site and have availability weekdays from 8am-5pm.Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.401(K), company-paid life insurance policy, and short and long-term disability coverage.Growth opportunities with promotions year over year.Tuition reimbursement for professional development.Wellness program with self-guided coaching and incentives.Competitive pay and bonuses.Game room and in-house gym for breaks.Social events and team gatherings.15 days of PTO and 8 paid holidays.Company Culture:
