The level of success you achieve will depend on your ability to organize, prioritize and engage from discovery to closure.Key Responsibilities

Further establish, cultivate, expand and maximize business relationshipsIdentify unmet needs, efficiency opportunities and/or workflow challenges by using a consultative approachStrategically sell respective solutions, related value and the positive impact IMAGINiT’s services and products can provideTactically prioritize and plan each day based on potential and urgencyLead sales discoveries, develop presentations and proposalsSpearhead account and opportunity related strategy sessions with internal teamsCollaborate across RAND Worldwide business enterprise to further develop and secure businessFormulate, execute and update rolling business plan of actionLeverage Salesforce.com to document current and drive future activity, create proposals, process orders and forecast salesUtilize all available sales efficiency tools and professional/social media platforms to drive access, awareness and engagementContinuously educate, professionally develop and navigate current and future industry changesConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales targetsMinimum Requirements

1 year of successful, documented sales growth and/or extensive customer engagement experienceGood business acumen and skill set to manage the full sales cycleWillingness to communicate and engage with a high volume of accounts dailyAbility to have or learn to have business conversations at all levels from user to OwnerCapable of managing multiple internal and external teams, as well as external resourcesProficient in sales platforms and customer-related technology (MS Office suite and Teams, Salesforce, etc.)Subjective Qualifications
