Senior Account Managers
are responsible for engaging customers and helping them get the value from their purchase as well as growth and expansion of their customers. This role will be the support to their customers and help them set up product processes, workflows and maintaining the customer relationship needs.What You Will Do:Expand Service Express’ footprint and uncover future potential by focusing on uncovering additional customer needs and educating clients on our service offerings.Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology by overcoming objections and pricing deals that are profitable to Service Express.Set, hold, and execute meetings with existing customers to expand contacts and stakeholders with existing accounts.Uncover customer needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges.Develop and deliver customized proposals and Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) at regular intervals with key accounts.What We Are Looking For From You:Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience (preferred)Software: Microsoft Office, CRM, SalesForce (preferred)Confidence and experience in presenting proposals and closing dealsAbility to creatively sell solutions at CIO, VP and IS Director levelAbility to penetrate and sign large major clients with consultative sellingGreat attitude and self-motivated work ethicDrive for continuous growthWhat You Can Expect From Us:Workplace flexibility that empowers our employeesOTE: $120-$180K with the ability to earn more with an uncapped commission structurePersonal growth and advancement opportunitiesCollaboration across teamsPaid volunteer hours and birthday offSeveral health insurance offerings that start on day oneFitness reimbursementCompany 401k matchService Express is an
