Virtual (Northern California or Nevada preferred)Position Summary:NCR Atleos is searching for an Account Executive for a sales territory in the US for our banking business. This individual is responsible for profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned territory.Key Areas of Responsibility:Identify and target opportunities across existing and new prospects.Partner with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities; lead account planning and opportunity planning sessions.Maintain and grow file value and serve as the principal financial sales representative ensuring the highest level of customer service and support to NCR Atleos major accounts.Drive demand creation of NCR Atleos Self Service, Branch Transformation, Consulting, and SaaS solutions for existing and new accounts.Provide subject matter expertise and support for all Solutions sales campaigns into targeted accounts.Ensure that all customer requirements are identified and met, driving volume and growth into user accounts.Act as the key interface between the customer, sales support teams, the factory, product management, and other internal resources regarding sales and services issues.Schedule and conduct regular customer meetings to discuss customer-specific issues, review performance/value, ongoing projects, and rollouts.Continually seek to build and enhance enduring relationships with key customer interfaces.Fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities and execute winning sales campaigns to deliver growth.Obtain customer or industry information that assists in responding to customer needs and requirements.Advise and influence customers through consultative selling techniques.Ensure each account has an account plan, which is being managed and executed effectively.Track growth/decline within accounts and manage day-to-day operations associated with servicing major accounts.Design a plan to effectively manage territory to maximize incoming revenue and profits to meet annual quota objectives.Track the sales process through monthly forecast submissions for assigned accounts.Identify major competitors in the account and assess their products/services.Apply presentation and consultative selling skills to deliver sales presentations at senior/executive levels.Utilize team members to achieve business objectives.Close profitable NCR Atleos Solution deals incorporating hardware, software, professional services, and customer services.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required, financial and/or technical discipline strongly preferred.5-8 years of related experience; financial industry experience a plus.Proven success in solution sales environment.Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms.Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology hurdles.Customer-oriented approach.Strong teaming skills and demonstrated proactive leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including active listening.Creative thinking and presentation skills.Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives.Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of the Financial industry and Solutions, or similar applications and technology.Experience selling software/applications.Experience in selling any of the following solutions is a plus: aaS Solutions, ATMs, Kiosks, Networking and Communications, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Call Centers, Internet Banking, CRM, Managed services, Branch solutions, Mobile Banking.Salary Range:
