As an increasingly important part of the NCR Business team, Senior Enterprise Account Managers are responsible for prospecting, closing, and growing large Enterprise Financial Institutions as customers of NCR Atleos. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as C-Level, Business, procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain and IT and has proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.Job Responsibilities

Develop an Enterprise Management planInitiate prospecting and lead generation activitiesEducate and network with key prospect and customer contactsReport on prospect onboarding pipeline and customer spend adoptionDeliver to targets for customer account managementConverse with senior customer stakeholders including C Level, EVP, SVP, VP & moreContribute to contracting activities for large, complex dealsDevelop long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer accountsDrive and accelerate spend adoption within assigned accountsRelay customer needs and requirements back to internal NCR teams including Product ManagementDrive periodic innovation aimed at improving customer satisfactionWork closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal NCR Atleos stakeholdersBasic Qualifications

BA/BS degree8+ Years B2B large enterprise sales and/or account management experienceBroad knowledge of Banking Technology and system integration and tender processes at large EnterprisesSuperior communication skills – both oral and writtenProven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externallyDecisive and ability to move with speed to implement ideasA passionate, self-starter, ready to take NCR Atleos Business’s customer experience to the next levelBroad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environmentPreferred Qualifications
