As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping

large financial institutions

improve their retail product offerings. By providing industry-leading solutions in

debit and credit , you'll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.What you will be doing:Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.Solicits and maintains network of prospects.Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.Negotiates, structures and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.Meets sales goals and objectives.Other related duties assigned as needed.What you will need:Experience selling credit and debit solutions into large financial institutionsGood understanding of FIS products and servicesGeneral knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practicesRequires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbalRequires solid decision-making and problem solving skillsAnalytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirementsAbility to remain calm under various levels of pressureAbility to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferredRequires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and publicTravel is requiredAdded bonus if you have:Experience selling retail payments solutionsExperience with account analysis and billing softwareWhat we offer you:

The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
