This team is a tight-knit group of self-motivated, high achieving, and tenured sales professionals helping alternative asset managers scale their operations with industry-leading technology and unmatched services. The role will be a new logo, business development, and marketing-focused sales position targeting firms across the continent to generate leads and opportunities.What You Will Be DoingWorking with the wider sales team to generate conversations with prospective buyers at alternative asset management firms to sell FIS products and servicesIdentifying new prospects, leads, and opportunitiesMaintaining the integrity of the internal CRM databaseResponding to leads generated by the FIS marketing teamDeveloping and leading sales driven campaigns and collateralWhat You Will Need1-3 years of experience in alternative asset management salesProficiency with prospecting, cold-calling, email campaigning, and managing sales meetingsExpert negotiation and communication skillsThe fortitude and drive to work through very competitive sales cycles with positive and negative outcomes, patience with a 3+ month sales cycle, and the ability to adapt messaging to prospect client needs in real time.What We Offer YouOpportunities to innovate in fintechInclusive and diverse team atmosphereProfessional and personal developmentResources to contribute to your communityCompetitive salary and benefitsFIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $85,410.00 - $140,940.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
