Account Manager, Enterprise - MidwestThe Senior Commercial Account Manager role is integral to our dynamic Customer Development team at Mimecast, where we seek an exceptional individual with robust sales acumen. We are in search of a self-motivated and collaborative team player, demonstrating a proven track record of success in driving upsell opportunities.What You'll DoAchieve monthly / quarterly / annual upsell revenueResponsible for mitigating Downsell and Churn in your book of businessAbility to forecast accurately for Upsell, Downsell and Churn on a rolling 6 monthsWork with the Partner / Channel Development team to develop and execute against account plansDevelop and execute against sales activity plans in order to achieve the agreed revenue quotaWhat You'll BringIT sales experience (ideally within Email / Messaging / Security / Storage - but not essential)Experience in both Direct & In-Direct sales roles.Understanding of Corporate IT teams and their buying processesStrong business / commercial acumenWhat We BringAt Mimecast, we offer more than just a job; we provide a pathway to a rewarding and fulfilling career.
