We value collaboration, integrity, and respect, forging strong, authentic bonds with the caregivers, patients, health care professionals (HCPs), and community members we serve.Summary of JobThe Director HCP Marketing role at Soleno requires a passionate, analytical, and collaborative individual who will lead the company’s promotional campaigns and educational activities across various HCPs managing care for people living with PWS. This role will provide strategic and tactical oversight in the development and deployment of our HCP facing unbranded and branded marketing initiatives. The Director will build highly collaborative working relationships with the broader marketing team and other cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, medical, and operations. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing.ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall HCP education and promotional strategy, overseeing the development of the tactical plan to ensure education and promotional needs are met for HCPs.Lead HCP unbranded and branded campaign and message development.Lead development and deployment of pre-launch and post-launch initiatives across channels – including personal and non-personal.Lead development and execution of HCP focused tactical initiatives including but not limited to websites, core visual aids, peer to peer, congress plan, social media, digital/print media initiatives, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and optimize execution and success of the brand.Ensure effective rollout of marketing campaigns and assets to the field team in close cooperation with sales management & trainers.Collaborate with cross-functional partners on market research needs and leverage multiple data sources including advisory boards, field force inputs, industry reports, and media consumption trends to uncover emerging needs, opportunities, and innovative approaches to engage audience segments.Manage integrated omnichannel promotions and media budget, prioritizing execution effectively.Leverage data and analytics to identify KPIs, track performance of initiatives, and optimize strategy.Effectively manage agency partners to produce deliverables within timelines and budgets.Manage marketing budget closely, ensuring expenditure aligns with the brand strategy and tactical plans.Create a culture where patients and customers are at the center of thinking and operations.QualificationsUndergraduate Degree, MBA preferred.8+ years of increasing experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry with focus in marketing for rare/orphan and specialty products.Prior relevant therapeutic area experience with endocrinology preferred.HCP marketing experience required, experience with patient and consumer marketing preferred.Product launch and pre-approval commercialization experience preferred.Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and prepared to assume roles and responsibilities outside of traditional job functions.Expertise in rare disease HCP marketing.Outstanding business acumen, leadership, business case development, budget management skills, and demonstrated ability to drive business results.Leads by example, displaying integrity, collaboration, accessibility, adaptability, sound judgment/decision making, and an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented attitude.Exceptional planning, priority setting, negotiation, project management, and relationship building skills.Thrive on collaboration and ability to influence in a matrix environment.Humble, hungry, perseverant, flexible, collaborative, and confident.Home office-based role with ability to travel up to 20%.Salary Range:

$200,000-$265,000(Actual salary at the time of hire may vary based on various factors, including the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the location where this position may be filled.)
