The Manager - Technical Project Management will be responsible for managing projects and transitions for Middle Revenue Shared Services. In this role, the successful candidate will have strong teamwork, process improvement, document and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain the online project portfolio management solution (Microsoft Project Online) to manage all projects related to DeploymentCollaboration with multiple business units to coordinate deployment road map, confirm completeness of implementation schedules/plans, and drive to completion all key Deployment-related milestones, and deliverablesResponsible for providing Business Owners and/or customers with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, communications documents, etc.Develop and manage system wide dashboards, launch scorecards to track progress and identify opportunities to accelerate implementation plansManaging and helping drive resolution to Risk & Issues Log (RAIL) items across workstreams and needed escalation to leadershipDeveloping and executing recovery plans for any projects that are off scheduleDeveloping, documenting and ensuring adherence to standardized processes and project status reporting methodologiesDeployment Cadence and Communication PublicationRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Engineering or related disciplinesPrevious program management experience simultaneously managing and leading multiple large implementation projects across varying organizational disciplines/functionsAt least 3 years of management experience, preferably gained in a project management, performance/continuous improvement or consulting rolePrevious experience with Microsoft Project Online and building out an online PMO solutionStrong skills with MS Office suite including: Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, WordDesired Qualifications

Master’s DegreeMicrosoft Project ExperiencePrevious implementation experienceHealthcare IT/Revenue Cycle related experiencePMP CertificationThe US base pay range for this position is $67,061.41 - $106,374.00. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
