As a pivotal member of our Training and Activation team, the Training PM is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of training projects across diverse client engagements. This role includes supporting the development of client proposals, crafting detailed project plans, and overseeing resources for on-site or remote assignments. You'll assess training effectiveness, maintain project documentation, and ensure budget adherence while staying abreast of industry trends to enhance our training strategies.Responsibilities:

Working directly with the Training and Activation leadership team to plan, coordinate, and manage all training projects related to multiple client engagements.Support the preparation of client proposals and SOWs.Develop detailed training project plans, identify resource needs, project timelines, and milestones.Help prep and manage our Training resources during on-site or remote client assignments.Evaluate training effectiveness through various methods, such as surveys and post-training assessments.Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk assessments across our portfolio of projects.Monitor and track project/SOW budget and identify variances.Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and advancements related to training and incorporate them into project plans and training strategies.Will require on-site project management support during training or At-the-Elbow engagements.Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.Expert level knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and web technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP/S).Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control, and deployment.10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application development space.5+ years of client-facing consulting experience.5+ years of leadership-level experience with Enterprise Management tools (such as IBM Tivoli, BMC, CA, HP) and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.ServiceNow certification (Implementation Specialist preferred) and ITIL certification (Practitioner or Service Manager preferred).Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
