We determine our staffing needs daily and strategize float pool placement to be a valuable resource in covering our different patient care needs.SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:WEEKENDS: Every OtherMINIMUM EXPERIENCE: - 1 year (prefers 2 if possible) - Unit accepts first time travelersFLOATING: Within facility and to sister campus if neededHOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
