We are currently hiring a RN Nurse Navigator for a Children's Cardiology Clinic!What You Can Expect:The Pediatric Cardiology specialists at St. Luke's Children's can support a child's heart health with expertise covering a wide range of conditions including congenital heart defects and disease, murmurs, arrhythmias, acquired heart disease, extreme drops in pressure, and fast heart rates.The Nurse Navigator role serves as a liaison for multiple health organizations and their staff. The role will also work closely with the Care Coordinator to assist with obtaining, organizing, and sending relevant patient information as well as assisting in coordination of scheduling surgical implants.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors of Nursing DegreeExperience: 2 years's of RN experienceLicenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.Whats in it for you:At St. Lukes, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission and this includes our own SLHS team.
