Responsibilities of the Junior Accountant:The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliationsSupport the accounting manager in preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standardsThe Junior Accountant will collaborate with various departments to track project expenses, monitor budgets, and prepare cost reportsThe Junior Accountant will assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policiesSpecial projects as assigned to help with the accounting department
Qualifications for the Junior Accountant:Bachelor's degree in AccountingStrong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. This position is fully on-site.
