Job Description

The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect and CoE member will work with the Head SAP Solutions to manage and direct strategic initiatives and presales activities within the S/4HANA Solution. This role will cover a wide variety of activities from pre-sales, business development; marketing support, solution development/management, go-to-market activities, and co-create/mentoring the customer.

Scope of Responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:Acts as a critical client contact and strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle of a SAP S/4HANA solution implementationCollaborate with sales and presales teams to plan account strategiesEngage with customers in executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessionsClearly articulate the business value of SAP solutions through thoughtful presentations and demosEngages, grows, and maintains high-level executive relationships within both the Clients business and IT communityLeverages these relationships to identify critical and strategic business opportunitiesEngage with existing and new customers to articulate the Fujitsu value proposition and help to close business Solution DevelopmentEstablishes revenue goals and growth projections to achieve stated financial targets for the SAP PracticeDevelop and maintain cost models using a value-based approach for the S/4HANA service offeringUndertake solution development/management responsibilities as required to help develop, nurture and grow the SAP S/4HANA Solution portfolioPartners with other Fujitsu business units to influence, define and create high-value, targeted solutions that meet clients' needsLeads the development of new Fujitsu offerings and services through leveraging professional community participationKeep on top of the latest SAP direction and trends in the market Marketing SupportCoordinate with Fujitsu Marketing the development of collateral materials for each of the S/4HANA service offeringsPartners with industry contacts, sales teams, delivery teams, and research groups to develop competitive business strategies for SAP marketDrives go-to-market strategies and business plans in partnership with sales and delivery leadershipDrives involvement in industry events, white papers, and user groups to enhance and grow Fujitsu's brand image within the consulting services marketMinimum Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of IT Solution development and client-facing experienceMinimum of 5 years of SAP Architect experienceMinimum of 3 years of Sales support (Pre Sales)Previous Business development experienceBachelor's Degree and/or demonstrated competencyExcellent presentation and communication skills EnglishExperienced in leading a team and client through solution discussionsExperienced in driving opportunities with sales through to closure including pre-sales, bid support, proposal strategy, development and presentation to end customerDemonstrated history of building and managing relationships at executive levelsAbility to work well under pressure, executes results against strategy, and meets critical deadlinesKnowledge of multiple estimation techniques and solution methodologiesBe a team player Desirable QualitiesDemonstrates ownership of work, passion for the job, and an unfaltering desire to winAbility to support and thrive in a virtual environmentAbility to influence client and internal decisions and spendingAbility to lead business development and proposal activities

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $122,800.00 to $171,920.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
