This position reports to the Workforce Development Division in Columbia. The incumbent will participate in the administration, development, and delivery of technical and programmatic training to include training related to compliance with federal workforce programs, implementation of policies, manuals and memos distributed to staff, and utilization of SC Works Online Services system to manage customer service delivery. The Workforce Learning Coordinator will assist in executing the Workforce Development Division's Technical Assistance Plan, assessing workforce system technical assistance needs, and developing and implementing training materials for SC Works Center staff. Incumbent will serve as administrator of the SC Works Learning Management System to distribute content to the appropriate target audiences, track utilization and completion of required training, and provide updates on developed training. **2 vacancies**

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of experience developing and delivering training programs for any type of audience. Knowledge of adult learning principles, knowledge of basic Learning Management System (LMS) functionality, Adobe Captivate or other training delivery applications, and use of the Microsoft Suite of products. Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs. Effective communication and leadership skills as there will be cross-department and multi-departmental collaborations on training projects.Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of capabilities and intricacies of information systems.Additional Comments
