Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the best people for RedSail Technologies, while also considering the organization's long-term goals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is involved in every step of the hiring process, including creating and posting job information, interviewing candidates and assisting with onboarding new employees. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also advises managers and employees on human resources policies and procedures and promotes the company's brand through recruitment events. lead our talent acquisition initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent acquisition efforts, processes, and tools to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

Key Duties

Recruiting

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and the needs of the organization.Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Screen applications and select qualified candidates.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring selection.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers when needed.Negotiate compensation with prospective employees, create offer letters, and onboard new hires.Serve as backup for new hire onboardingReporting on recruiting metrics.Maintain a pipeline of candidates for key high-volume roles within the organization to reduce recruitment time-to-fill.Partner with key leadership to develop and implement an internal promotion/recruiting strategy.Partner with third party agencies and vendors to fill identified roles when needed.Manage relationships and foster a secondary resource pipeline.Ensure appropriate documentation and contracts are in place by partnering with operations leadership, HR and legal.Identify and establish relationships with organizations to recruit fromAttend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessionTeam Support

Create policy/process/program documentation, training aids and templates.Create and lead Interview trainingPartner with broader HR team on other initiatives and projects.Performs other duties as assigned.Education/Training

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.Required Work Experience/Skills

Business acumen and ability to analyze data and information and use it in decision making.Sound knowledge and understanding of employment labor laws and regulations, business sensitivities, and confidentiality.Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to act with diplomacyDiscretionary Judgment
