Role would also be responsible for assisting DOF with issuing and maintaining records of POs, coding and posting invoices, maintaining statements, journaling receipts & deposits. Duties involving the reception desk will also fall under the responsibilities, such as answering phone calls, directing and following up on inquiries.This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00 - $21.50.Benefits for FT roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 12 holidays).

The venue is located in downtown Greensboro at 300 N. Elm Street. Presented with partners Nederlander and Professional Facilities Management (PFM), the First Bank Broadway Series is one of the nations top-selling one-week Broadway series with over 16,000 Season Seat Members.Responsibilities:Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitudeAssisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plansPreparing meeting and training roomsAnswering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessaryAssisting colleagues with administrative tasksPerforming ad-hoc administrative dutiesAnswering, forwarding, and screening phone callsSorting and distributing mailProvide excellent customer serviceScheduling appointmentsQualifications:

Minimum 2 (two) years experience within a professional office settingConsistent, professional dress, and mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookGood time management skillsExperience with administrative and clerical proceduresAble to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
