Job Summary:STONE Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled

Windows Server Administrator

to join a forward-thinking IT team. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in managing Windows Server environments, Nutanix, Active Directory, and Azure. You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing both on-premises and cloud infrastructures, with a strong focus on system availability and security enhancements through solutions like multi-factor authentication (MFA).Key Responsibilities:Windows Server Management:

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.Active Directory Administration:

Manage Active Directory, including user/group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and security settings.Nutanix:

Utilize technical expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, software-defined storage, and networking.Azure/Azure Active Directory:

Implement and manage Azure AD services, integrating with on-prem directories and supporting cloud identity solutions.Infrastructure Management:

Optimize performance and reliability of hybrid on-prem/cloud infrastructure.Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

Configure and manage MFA solutions to enhance user security.MX Records Management:

Oversee MX record configurations to ensure proper email routing.Backup and Recovery:

Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery plans for server and data integrity.Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor system performance, generate reports, and proactively address issues.Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.Collaboration:

Work closely with IT team members to support projects and initiatives.Security Best Practices:

Implement and enforce security measures in line with industry standards.Qualifications:10+ years of experience as a Windows Server Administrator.NutanixActive DirectoryAzureNice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Data Center MigrationEducation:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Technical Expertise:Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, or later)Multi-Factor Authentication solutionsHybrid cloud services (on-prem + cloud)Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (preferred)Soft Skills:
