Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Windows-based environments, ensuring performance and security
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows server technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy updates, patches, and security protocols
• Lead projects focused on improving system availability, implementing automation, and streamlining administrative tasks
• Ensure the stability and performance of critical applications, contributing to 99.9% uptime
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for complex Windows server environments
Windows-Specific Responsibilities:
• Manage Windows Server installations, configurations, and updates
• Handle Active Directory management, including user/group administration, security policies, and access control
• Oversee system backups, disaster recovery plans, and security audits for Windows environments
• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and improve system efficiency
• Optimize storage solutions, virtualization, and networking in a Windows environment
What You Bring:
8 + Years Experience to include:
•
Windows Expertise : Extensive experience in administering and optimizing Windows server environments
•
Security Focus : Proven track record of implementing security measures within Windows infrastructures - Experience with MSDefender
•
Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, ensuring minimal downtime
•
Cloud Integration : Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure solutions and how they interface with Windows environments
•
Collaborative Mindset : Strong team player with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
•
Secret Clearance
•
IAT Qualifying Certification
