We are looking for a creative, motivated leader, with experience in the Retail Management or Aesthetic medicine/medical spa industry (preferred) to help grow with our business. This person will be integral in the daily operations, sales, human resources, marketing strategies, and business development of Serotonin Centers Orlando and our center services. This full-time position oversees the day-to-day operational functions for the Center, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities include sales, office administrative duties, inventory, personnel management and be responsible for the oversight and growth of membership. This position requires a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and has a strong desire to succeed and advance in their career.Responsibilities:Oversee and actively sell company products and services.Sets goals, deadlines, and objectives for teamCenter promotions and patient incentivesSupervise office staff including front office administration, medical assistants, and providersCreates and maintains an ongoing structure for employee orientation and terminationImplements and/or updates: patient scheduling protocols policies and procedures, telephone systems, text messaging and online review systems, EMR templates and consents, computer and technology updates, manages staff scheduling, schedules lunch and learns with representatives, processes orders for office supplies, consumables, equipment and more.Managing business software platformEffectively leading and coaching team in company processes.Daily operations managementEnsure center maintenancePatient satisfaction managementManaging adverse reactions to treatmentsEquipment, warranties and maintenanceHiring, training and coaching of new staffImplementing procedures and protocolsEvent and project managementSupervises and provides disciplinary measures for staffBudgeting and profit maximizationPayroll management and team scheduling.Assist with HR issues: monitor employee vacation and sick time, and other duties.Assist office personnel and fill in for vacation, as neededPerform other duties as requiredEnsure sales goals are met and that contacts/leads turn into consultations, and into treatment salesThis position provides a very competitive compensation plan including a base salary, sales commission and performance bonus potential.QualificationsManagement and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skillsDemonstrated ability to leadComfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
