MJAT System Integration Engineer

Seeking amotivated System Integration EngineerinHuntsville, Alabamato provide software, systems support design and implementation for the MALET JSIL Aircrew Trainer (MJAT) Program.
The MJAT Program provides a family of systems which provides plug and play training capability that converts a current tactical MQ-9 Reaper ER ground control station (GCS) into a training simulator. The family of systems also provides brief/debrief capabilities and multi-system connectivity. The trainer provides UAS/RPA operators the ability to conduct simulation training as part of their qualification and follow-on continuation training to maintain proficiency and currency in all required operator tasks.
Responsibilities:Participate in planning meetings in an agile environmentImplement design solutions in a diverse environmentTroubleshoot different issues within software/hardware and document solutionsIdentify possible risks to solutions being developed and support the mitigation effortsInstall new hardware and softwareCreate and manage system configurationsLight programming or scripting opportunitiesImplement STIG and patches to a wide variety of hardware solutionsRequired Skills:
Wide understanding and application of virtualization technologies (VMWare, OpenShift, Containers, dockers, Kubernetes and Virtual Machines)CompTIA Security+ certificationWide understanding of networking (routing, firewalls, NAT, PAT, VTP, VRF)Experience working in a Linux environmentExperience working with Windows 2019 server or later performing system administrator dutiesAbility to work with little supervisionMust be a US CitizenMust have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; Interim Secret ClearanceEducation and Experience:
Bachelors degree with two (2) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
