SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Pantry Expeditor will be communicating between and among the various cooking areas to ensure coordination and a smooth flow of quality products being produced and assembled so that severs may deliver consistent high quality meal orders to our guests in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGarnish cooked food items with appropriate garnishesCommunicate with Executive Chef on all problems, complaints and discrepanciesMaintain a positive attitude and relationship with all employees and guestSpecial projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a high volume/ high quality operation preferredKnowledge of food service and table standards preferredMaintain a professional demeanor and appearanceEffective communication skills, oral and writtenOrganized and attentive to detailAbility to deal well with change and handle multiple tasks effectivelyFlexible to adapt and sensibly respond to the situation at handAbility to work as a team member in a diverse environmentAbility to work nights, weekends and HolidaysPresent and maintain a positive attitude at all timesPHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of timeReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWORK ENVIRONMENT
