We're looking for an amazing Senior Financial and Reporting Analyst to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for providing reporting analysis and financial support to the VP of Onboard Revenue and OBR team as well as senior management. This support includes preparing financial presentations, creating reports with specific views, analyzing data and P&Ls as well as other ad hoc reporting. This is a hands-on role that requires the you to work directly with the VP of OBR and her leaders to understand and improve the business. You must have strong communication and advanced Excel skills and the ability to present financial data to a "non-finance" audience.

Responsibilities Creates and maintains weekly business development and financial health reports as directed by the VP of Onboard Revenue. Works with Onboard Revenue leaders on compiling analytical data for the OBR team and leaders. Supports the annual strategic/business planning process by providing analysis on the financial impact of key trends, alternatives and interpretation of cost and profit. Conducts key qualitative and quantitative financial analysis and maintains financial modeling required for business operations. Works independently to produce month-end, ad hoc reports, benchmarking as directed by OBR leaders, including different views of P&Ls, accurately and on time. Conducts continuous evaluation of departmental processes to streamline and automate, and make more efficient, plan and month-end processes. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or finance administration. MBA and/or CMA/CPA preferred. 2 to 4 years of finance/accounting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Experience developing, evaluating, and improving complex financial models and processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task. Experience developing, evaluating, and improving complex financial models and processes. Experience in financial software and systems including PowerBI, Oracle, and Hyperion. Proficiency in financial software and systems including Oracle and Hyperion Planning. Ability to develop, communicate, and facilitate budget and forecast processes. Ability to prepare and present financial analysis to 'non-financial' audience. Team player with a positive attitude. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status). Please note that this is a HYBRID position based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Candidates must be within driving distance and able to go into the office 3 days per week.

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
