The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a pivotal role in recruiting top talent across diverse skillsets and backgrounds for various business units. This position partners with hiring managers to understand their needs, screens candidates, and manages the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer processing, all while promoting JM Family Enterprises' culture and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Recruit candidates for a range of positions and skillsets to support multiple business units.

Partner with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and preferences.

Screen and assess candidates for current and future job openings.

Share information about JM Family’s culture and employee benefits with candidates.

Process offer letters and manage recruitment workflows using the Workday system.

Schedule interviews and coordinate calls with hiring panels.

Work closely with the TA Coordinator to arrange candidate travel and prepare them for campus tours and their first day at JM Family.

Contribute to enterprise HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

2+ years of experience supporting a variety of corporate roles, including finance, human resources, and leadership roles.

Strong sourcing abilities and knowledge of recruitment best practices.

Player-coach mentality; ability to mentor other recruiters with less experience.

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on diverse skillsets.

Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and understand varied hiring needs.

Proficiency in screening and assessing candidates for suitability.

Familiarity with Workday and applicant tracking systems.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
