What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goalsIdentify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs and improve operationsDrive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal windowUpsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major productsSupport in developing and executing territory growth strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree is preferredMinimum 3 years of direct client contact in either inside or outside salesHighly organized with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives and managersWorking knowledge of consultative sales processes, methods, and techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in business process/business operations management and customer serviceAmbitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
