What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goalsIdentify opportunities to meet customer needs and provide suitable solutionsDrive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal windowUpsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major productsUtilize technology platforms like Salesforce and Outreach to maximize effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree is preferredMinimum 3 years of direct client contact in either inside or outside salesHighly organized with time management, strategic thinking, and analytical skillsAbility to interact professionally with diverse groups, including executives and managersWorking knowledge of consultative sales processes and techniques
