What Is Required (Qualifications)
Sincere desire to assist customersTech-savvy and experienced computer userAbility to multi-task and navigate multiple systemsCommunicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanorPersonal computer with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systemBroadband internet connection with at least 10 MBPSUSB headset with microphone
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer support or related rolesFamiliarity with tax software and Intuit TurboTaxStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
