What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolutionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive requirementsPositive emotional resilience to handle challenging calls with an optimistic attitude
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with vehicle repair shop procedures and practices
