Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met.Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results.Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close.Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale.Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home.Answer the phone with live connections.Nurture leads daily.Available to show homes on short notice.Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week.Attend all meetings and ongoing training.Comfortable making videos.Qualifications:

Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented.Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.Passionate about selling.Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale.Realtors with a minimum of 2 years in the field and at least 5 successful closings.Individuals with a blend of business acumen, communication finesse, and organizational mastery.Self-motivated team players ready to absorb and impart wisdom.Excel in sales, creating lasting client relationships.Showcase your negotiation talent to seal deals.Harness our advanced tools to outpace the competition.Become the trusted advisor on property values and marketing tactics.Ensure client satisfaction with meticulous interaction management.Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000+ at plan commission yearly.
