Our exclusive building methodologies, accredited safety standards and professional execution allow us to turn our customers’ greatest concepts into reality.Position and Responsibilities OverviewThe Customer Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible for detailed management of all customer accounts. This includes all aspects of onboarding new customers, maintaining customer and account information, account set-up, billing, renewals, associated account metrics, inventory data management, pay period time input and review, and other administrative support functions.QualificationsSet up new customers, service sites, service management agreements.Request and process the appropriate forms for a new vendor/supplier set up.Generate work orders for scheduled water treatment services and/or approved repair/service work orders for customers.Process monthly or quarterly invoices for manufacturing, sales accounts, dealer accounts, projects and parts billings.Generate billings to the appropriate business departments.Print and/or save billings electronically with the appropriate invoice template.Track sales revenue and sales for commissions for account executives, account managers, and business acquisitions for use in sales commission payment programs.Communicate with operations and manufacturing teams monthly for all invoicing information.Generate billing.Generate Material Sales billings for manufacturing.Input inventory information in identified systems.Evaluate general ledger reports at month end for incorrect coding entries.Enter inventory parts corrections as needed.Monitor accounts receivables for past due payments.
